I was so excited to buy tickets to a Seattle Sounders game that I hurry up and purchased 6 premium seats vs. The Portland Timbers. Later I got an email confirming my order where It showed the game the date and time I selected. Well in my mad dash to get the best seats for a game I didn’t even notice I selected an away game(Portland) not in Seattle like I had wanted. I called Venue Kings and they were so very helpful. Not only was this a non-refundable ticket but it wasn’t in there policy to have to correct my error. I applaud their staff for not only allowing me to change my selection to a home game but being extremely patient with my error. They created a coupon so I could get new tickets and within a couple hours I was back on track to the game I intended. It speaks numbers about a company whom will take the time to help you. A real person on the phone not just a robot. I will continue to use Venue Kings for all my ticket purchases. Regards, MPH Seattle, WA

Don’t deal with these guys. They sold a few of my U2 friends that flew down to the show and sold them paperless tickets which did not scan at the gate. Waste of $ 300 each. They did work out the refund, however, don’t they check their tickets before hand? Of course there was no rep on site, therefore, they had to buy tickets through another means. Advice… unless they’re hard tickets or it’s as scalper on site that you see at most shows, don’t bother getting tickets in advance. In fact they had a lot of tickets that night that didn’t scan leaving some U2 fans out in the cold. I get that it is not the brokers fault as most times they have no control when something has been duplicated or not but this just better illustrates how flawed and lazy the paperless or e-tickets are. What was the problem with hard tickets? If the system is not broken why fix it. They did in all fairness handle the situation for us with respect and care but this was a major show with many people flying in and more attention and care for legit tickets should’ve been made. It’s their job. Customer service being good earned them that one star from 0. In all fairness I have used these guys before without an issue, however, the whole U2 show situation was a whole mess, especially with the paperless GA tickets and the supposed hard tickets that were floating around for that show(was never able to get a straight answer on those from either Ticketmaster or scalpers on that last night). P. S. They do have seats that are all over the map, therefore, depending on the show and layout I tend to know the sweet spots based on stage config and youtube clips and have managed to get a seat in my desired section by one of these guys.
