This review is for the fitness center only.
But it’s a very nice one. Not being one for megagyms, I come here. It’s got all the essentials you’d expect to find anywhere, (no kettle bells though so crossfitters stay away!) and doesn’t get too crowded. However like all gyms it has overly buff workout — enthusiasts who tend to «camp» on the equipment. So if you can, go during the day when it’s a bit quieter.
they also offer personal training and physiotherapy sessions, and your north van recreation membership is good at all the other community centre’s in North Vancouver.
