First let me clarify. The repairs to my car were well done. I expected them to be and they were. What was missing was the experience that I expected with Porsche. As a premier car company, I expected so much more. I pay for insurance that covers me for a rental for a comparable automobile. Mark Motors has partnered with a rental car company that seems to focus on the lower end budget conscious market. This really makes no sense when customers are leaving luxury and high-performance vehicles with them to be repaired. Customers are already stressed that their vehicles have been damaged. The best vehicle they could offer first was a smelly minivan. The second one was better as it did not smell, but I expected better than a Mitsubishi. The people were very friendly and nice, but again I expected them to be. The Porsche experience I’ve encountered in the past(Pfaff) was disappointingly absent.
