Business Owner

Monika learned how a successful business runs by being involved with the family business from a young age. When she wasn’t in school, at age 15, Monika was expected to run the small retail store that fronted the larger facilities of Bronson Bakery’s wholesale operations. After graduation she worked various positions within production operations. By her mid-​twenties she had held various administrative positions: reception, order desk/​customer service, A/​P, A/​R and payroll.

Monika left the family business to deepen her understanding of business by working within different industries. These industries included Food Services, Wholesale Supply, Construction, Telephony & Financial Services. She also earned her business administration diploma during this time.

Through these experiences Monika came to understand and be able to produce financial statements. She developed a unique understanding for both accounting & business from which to provide clients the highest quality of service.
