well it’s a chain store so i wont talk about the food. it’s pizza pizza.
1) i ordered and received my order on time, i tipped the guy 20%, cash. and he decided to add some on my credit card… pizza pizza call centre investigated and refunded my money.
2) they were out of the heavily advertised additional stuff that was supposed to be included with my order (dips, lunch bag etc) not a big deal.

I’m not even going to write a full blown review. Pizza ordered for people at my place for hockey game.
— Ordered delivery
— Pizza Pizza is 10 minute walk from my place at a slow pace.
— 2 minute drive
— Pizza over an hour to make and deliver
— 2 different stories from the driver why he was late
— One cold pizza
— One forgotten/misplaced item which was also cold
— Seemed annoyed at the tip we left which was over 15%
