Worst customer service ever, I was waiting for 10 minutes and then another girl that worked there comes and serves a guy who just walked in told her I have been waiting for 10 minutes and ignores me. I’m actually so mad and disgusted at the customer service absolutely brutal.

This place is really good.
They don’t overdo with too much sugar like a lot of pastry places do. The stuff here is actually decent quality.
A cake there probably has less sugar than a Starbucks Frappuccino and is significantly more delicious.
it’s kind of pricey though.

A little dessert shop in little Italy.
Cozy little place, my second time here.
There are various different types of dessert and sandwiches.
The espresso is okay, could be a little dinner and hotter.

I drop in here occasionally on my commute. They have awesome paninis and breakfast sandies on super moist croissants. Nice little selection of Italian food products. Coffees are good for the discerning drinker — I usually go with a latte. They also have sweets that look awfully tempting, especially the macaroons.
I just noticed that they also have an off-​street outdoor seating area. Overall a great place for a quick meal or a coffee pick me up.

I love Simply Biscotti– it is probably one of my favourite coffee spots! Coffee and lattes are super fresh and delicious. I am someone who can only drink coffee steaming hot– and I get exactly that when I order coffee here. As a snack, the cannolis are delicious as well as the cone pastry with chocolate or vanilla icing. I LOVE the salads and they have some delicious veggie options.
Space here is a bit tight, so you could venture upstairs if you want a calmer/​more relaxed seating. Service here is quite good– the girls that work here are usually pretty sweet. They have a coffee card too for frequent coffee buyers.
Side note: Try the Nutella blended drink– it is UNREAL.

I stopped by here yesterday and bought one of the yummiest matcha latte’s I’ve ever had! I wasn’t hungry but the desserts and pastries looked fantastic. I’m going back one day to try one.
Update: I went back and tried one, and it was delicious!

I work across the street from Simply Biscotti on Preston and it’s my go to place. The grilled sandwiches are delicious and there’s always a good soup of the day special.
If I ever want to impress people at work, I buy a box of pastries and dessert goodies here. They also offer catering plates for luncheons too.
When the croissants are freshly made in the morning, they are the best! It’s also a good place to get some work done if you like the café environment. They offer free wifi and have another seating area upstairs.

This is the place to stop off at for a delicious and sinful dessert or just an espresso and a gourmet panini. They make all the desserts themselves ranging from tarts to cakes to cannoli. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help you pick out that perfect dessert to finish your evening. They’re open early in the morning for that latte till late at night for that after dinner dessert. We stopped off there last night after an amazing sushi dinner across street, the patio was filled with dessert eating patrons. We had a chocolate lemon tart and a hazelnut filled cake, both were amazing but my wife really wanting to have a slice of their cheesecake. Unfortunately they did not have any slices for the night. Check it out if you like desserts that go straight to the waist =)
