Went and saw Hannah, she gave me a new style of cut. I’ve been getting tons of compliments from friends and co workers! I’ve been back five times now and it’s been a solid haircut and style everytime. Def recommended!

I’ve been to this salon a few times and each time had Robyn. I’ve been very happy with the cuts she has done. In my last visit I was ready for a change, I told her what I wanted and why. She gave me a fresh modern, easy to manage cut that addressed my concerns. I will definitely ask for her again.

The hair dresser I got smelt of marijuana and kept leaving to go speak to other people waiting for a haircut and to her coworkers. When she came back, she would snip a chunk then go again. She didn’t get close to the picture of the haircut I wanted and didn’t touch my bangs. She refused to blowdry my hair unless I paid extra and never listened to my requests as she was cutting my hair. I basically got the haircut that she wanted me to have rather than the one I was asking for… Never coming back.

I received very friendly service from Cynthia and a very nice cut with blow-out. I am very pleased with her. Her focus was on getting the job done and she did an excellent job. I will definitely go back to her.

I’ve been a Regis salon customer back in the states for over ten years and never had a problem. One day while I was at the centre I came across this salon and went in because I noticed they carry the same products as Regis. Nora, the Manager helped me and she explained to me that Regis and Mastercuts are the same company. She was very pleasant and gave me her business card and asked me to try them out sometime. I had a bad experience with a salon near my house and thought I’d give Nora a try. Went in for a root touch up and she toned down a couple of areas that needed it. That went well but my root touch up was noticeably lighter to me. She told me that that would tone down. Now I’m not a hairdresser but I knew it would just get lighter. Also, before she blow dried my hair she asked me if I wanted it flat iron. I said«yes». When I was paying for the service I noticed that I was charged $ 18 for the flat iron! I was never told I would be charged thinking it was part of the service just like it is back in the States. I went back and forth about going back but thought she got 50% of my hair problem right so I wanted to give her another chance. so I went back and told her the last time was noticeably lighter. no problem, she’ll go alittle darker. She said that would«tone down after a few washings». Nope! Now it was so dark that my friends even mentioned it looked like a dark band around the top of my head! ugh! Like an idiot, I went back this past Monday and mentioned what my friends said and of course she listened but didn’t say anything. BIGMISTAKE! I left with the lighter color she put on the first time! When I mentioned it looked a lot lighter she said she used the same color as last time. Personally I don’t think she put the color number down from the last time(second visit) because it was the same exact color as the first time. AND I told her that the two colors were not correct and to get it closer to the color of the rest of the hair so the other two colors don’t matter! Her tone in telling me that wasn’t sincere and I felt like she just wanted me gone so I left. Going crazy that my hair wasn’t right, I found a Regis salon and spent from 10am to 3pm correcting her mistake and cost me $ 150! I found Nora to be a nice person but doesn’t listen. She also has friends visiting her and that might be a distraction. Never again! Hard and expensive lesson learned.
