Fix Auto Port Moody

Without a doubt, the best and fastest service ever. I had a claim vs. an individual, had the estimate on the back fender, and signed the OK. The Manager, Roland LaRose noticed further damage on the front of the vehicle from a previous run-​in. Not only did he organize the ICBC «open claim» but did the paperwork accordingly and sent me home with a brand new lovely Mazda. When I picked up my car, it was cleaned throughout, washed, and Fix Auto presented me with a lovely soapstone carving donated by the City of Port Moody Arts Council. This is only my second visit in a few years, but I am awed by the service, comfortable and clean waiting room, and welcome atmosphere.

I’ve had the unfortunate need to bring my car here twice. Although I don’t like being hit on the road (hoping there is no third time) I do like knowing that I have a reliable shop to depend on that’s close to home.
I started out knowing Mark, but he moved to Abbotsford and now Tommy has taken over. Both guys know their jobs well. Both lead me through how they would repair my car in detail to ensure I approved of everything.
My most recent visit was due to a rear-​end collision. I had my car towed directly to Fix and they got to work on it right away. Although the repair was delayed due to a parts backorder (hardly their fault) I got to drive around in a brand new Mazda 3 while my car was in the shop. Everytime I called (every few days) I had no trouble getting a detailed status update on how work was progressing and getting an estimated completion day.
The follow-​up call the day after I picked up my car was appreciated — no survey, no nosey questions — just wanted to make sure everything was perfect with the car.
I will not hesitate to send my car back there if I have to, but I hope I never have to… my body can only take so many impacts.
