LUXE Hair Salon

For my first visit… I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great ‘top notch’ service. From the door I was greeted by name, which is a plus based on appointments and schedule, which is well organized, as I made an appointment 2 days prior via phone and was greeted by a friendly voice, the same voice who greeted me as i walked in. I was then welcomed by Ezio who took my coat and brought me to the stylist I had an appointment with. which leads to Jessica. she is such a sweetheart and very friendly, I felt as if I had sat in her chair before, I was extremely comfortable and felt that I was in ‘good hands’. (fyi, I had a color, cut, and style). The end results were AMAZING. I have not been satisfied with my hair in years! Jessica is not only talented, but she is a great person, and I highly recommend her if you are looking for a new look. I give this place

I’ve been coming to Luxe since the beginning of this year and I’ve been loving the experience. Aubrey (and once, Jenny) who cut, colour, foil and style my hair are up to par with some of the high end stylists I’ve visited in Toronto and NYC. Aubrey and the staff are very attentive and friendly — — they always offer a beverage as soon as I arrive. I’m so glad I tried this salon.

I just wanted to send a hearted THANK YOU to Luxe Hair Salon and to Maryna who I recently went to for a cut and color. I’m new in the tri-​city area and was so scared to try a new place and a new stylist. I’m so glad I chose Luxe. As soon as I stepped inside I felt welcome. The décor is beautiful, I was greeted and attended to immediately and offered a drink of my choice from a menu. Everyone who worked there smiled as they walked by me. Maryna was great, I felt pampered the whole time. She took the time to do the head massage while she was shampooing and I was quite comfortable. She was intent on listening to what I wanted and did an excellent job on both the cut and color. I highly recommend her to everyone. Her personality was great and she was very professional. The facility was the nicest I have been in. I’m so relieved to have found a great new place to go and a great new stylist. Thank you!

When I first went to Luxe I found the hairdresser of my dreams!!! I saw her twice, then she decided to change careers & went back to school :(Oh no!
I have naturally curly to wavy hair and tons of it, and can never find someone who can do a decent cut.
My third time I saw Julie S who, although very friendly, paid more attention to another client in the salon than on me (who wasn’t a client of hers) and it showed in my cut & colour. However, when I gave it a day or so & contacted the owner, I can’t say enough about what they did to make it right!
I now see Baiba; she’s a senior stylist, so even more expensive, but I believe that with certain services you get what you pay for, and if you have difficult hair like mine, life is too short to have bad hair!!!
Take a cruise around their website; they use ammonia free & more natural products, which is what initially attracted me to Luxe. So while you’re there, there’s none of that terrible nose burning, headache causing chemical smell that is present in most hair salons, makes for a much more relaxing experience.
And they don’t just offer «a coffee», they hand you a menu!

I’ve been here half a dozen times and will keep coming back! Service is excellent across the board and all stylists are wonderful. Environmentally friendly products and a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend Victoria the owner or Baiba as your stylist. But any of the ladies will do as they are all fabulous! If you are looking for a classy place to get your hair done and be treated super well in the Tri-Cities…This is the place!

I’ve been to LUXE two times now, and I returned because I got an awesome hair cut by Lily, who listened to me that my hair was wavy.
I came back but Lily was booked every time I tried, someone else, who also gave me an amazing cut.
My only hesitation is the price. I’m a student, and because I only get my hair cut twice a year I’m willing to pay for a great cut, but the price is steep, which would stop me from going more frequently.
They also offer different hair dyes which I’m tempted to try. No ammonia, but If their cuts are pricey, I’m sure colouring is too.
If you have the extra money, I really suggest this salon. Hair is something you wear everyday!
Plus they offer a selection of tea, wine or coffee with every visit.
