Cute spot in the middle of nowhere. It was about to close but we got tasty bagels and muffin. The cookies were a bit over cooked to my taste. Worth the detour.

Stopped in here with my mom and my family on Mothers Day. Clean store, friendly staff, nice décor plus good coffee and great treats made this a great experience. Bonus: Located by the waterfront — so on a nice day, grab your goods to go and enjoy sitting along the water. Would I return: yes Would I recommend: yes

Finally — a decent coffee shop in Trenton! I agree with previous poster Greg — wonderful ambience and fairly upscale while remaining warm and comfortable. I also can’t speak to the food as I’ve never tried any of the goodies(although many look tasty). I find the coffee based drinks tasty, and for a great winter caffiene alternative I recommend trying one of their milk steamers made with one of their flavoured syrups. Hot, soothing, caffiene free and delicious! Hoping this business is long lasting(Trenton seems to have a high turnover of businesses). The Grind is always on my «to do» list when Im in town!

A nice surprise to see this well-located coffee bar open in Trenton — long overdue. Ambiance is excellent, complete with enormous windows and a fireplace for the winter. All tables and chairs but well appointed, upscale and most importantly not TH or McStarbucks… I only ordered a long espresso so can’t speak to the food(typical muffins, squares and sandwiches). The espresso itself was rich, full-bodied with a nice crema. Flavor was a little overly acidic but all in all quite good and the Grind is an excellent addition to the area.
