The place is actually really good… This restaurant has been changing name i believe?.. Because i remember that it closes and opens with new management all the time(just correct me if i am wrong)… Their Dim Sum is not bad, the place is good to go with friends and families… Totally recommended if you just want to spend some time gathering with the ppl you care. Again, food is not bad, but not«amazing» as well… The price is average and of course you can find better places, this is just a good option if you don’t want to drive far from the Richmond Hill area.

I would have never knows there is a Hong Kong Style Café up here even if I drive by it every day… Paramount Café Tiramisu is located on the 2nd level inside Times Squares, not easy locate… Standard selection with breakfast, lumch, afternoon tea and dinner set special. Baked Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce($ 7.25) is a little pricey as an afternoon tea special but the portion side is good as a full meal. Service is friendly, a little confused and slow though. The server tried to serve me another plate of pasta after I finished mine? Opens 8:30 am till 11 pm, Not a bad choice if I am in the area!
