Quality kabab and very good value for price. Good halal meat and very good lamb meat.

I give 4 stars because I think every thing over this shopping area is ok but they can improve their customer service especially when you refer to the owner for some existing problems he needs to show more friendly behavior. I love persian foods over there especially the various types of KHORESHT they are serving.

The quality of food/groceries in general is almost always good. Fresh breads every day I would give them five star if they improve their«Canadian customer Service», maybe some greetings, smiles or at least acknowledging their customers presence (I know it’s sometimes too much to ask for from an iranian business)

This place deserves zero stars for costumer service. I was in town, visiting my brother; we drove 50 km to get Persian«kalbas» from this place. We had other options but my brother recommended this one. At the store we asked the girl who was gonna slice the kalbas if she could open a new roll as the roll she was about to slice was almost at the bottom and probably old. The girl nicely agreed to open a new roll for us. While she was slicing the roll we browsed around and picked other items. When we got back to the girl we noticed she had sliced the old one and some of the new one. My brother nicely reminded the girl that she had agreed to not cut the old one. We nicely told the girl all she had to do at the beginning was to be truthful at the beginning and simply tell us she had to slice the old one, and we would walk away. The girl called the store owner who was very rude, and told us we could walk away, and he didn’t need our business, He asked me not to talk, because he only wanted to talk to my brother!!! This place doesn’t deserve your business. They also have a LOT to learn about Canadian costumer service !

I’m Not Iraqi but the food isn’t that bad. Kind of expensive but the food is healthy and well cooked. Love the flavors. Definitely the place to go if your craving paki

This place is a one stop shop for Iranian groceries: FRESH bread, dairy, canned food items, beans, lentils, spices, nuts); ‘fast food’: Ash Reshte, a variety of Khorest, Kabob, etc; pastries and sweets, saffron ice cream, etc. They even had wheat grass for Nowruz! Overall, there are always several staff working and helping customers and their hours are convenient. I definitely recommend this place — it surpasses comparable places in the area.

I would recommend this Persian place. It is on par with Taftan kabob. Some dishes are cheaper and some more expensive than Taftan. The chicken breast kabob dinner is enough food for 2 people and is only $ 8.99 before tax. The koobideh kabob dinner which is also generous in portion is $ 7.99 pre-tax. The meat is bbqed upon order so expect to wait about 15 minutes for your order. You can wander around the store and pick up some freshly baked flat bread for under $ 2 or some black tea leaves. I love the saffron rice pudding for dessert. There is a small eat-in area if you want to have your food there.

L.O.V.E. this place! It’s defo one of my go-to persian places in RH, waaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than Shislix! Pros: 1. Freshly bbq’ed meats, at all times. I don’t think I’ve ever seen this place closed, even closer to 11 2. Delicious and homecooked persian stews and meals 3. Freshly baked good — the bread, the everything 4. All the awesome imported persian snacks, don’t forget the faloodeh! 5. The large variety of iranian teas! Cons: 1. Um no seating? I love this place. I come here quite often, and its defo one of my favourite places to nom in the RH. THe prices for the meals are super reasonable, and always get the vaziri kebab(one skewer chicken, one skewer beef)

With a name like this, how can you not go in? Really good Persian store with great food. Had their kebobs, lamb shank, okra dish and«nun khomaie??» — cream bread? *sorry if i got this wrong* and it was all good. Cashing out at the store is a little complicated but still worth it. They have a great selection of other persian things like the sour fruit rolls, all kinds of nuts and dried fruits, spices, yoghurts, etc. Will definitely come back for the food.

we went there on a whim expecting lamp puff pastry but were quite happy to see the variety of kebabs freshly prepared as well as other dishes typically persian. The helping of rice is large we will be eating the rice tomorrow too. There are also other grocery items — spices, rice bags, pumkin seeds, cashews. We will go again for sure. There is a seating area thoughts its not used much from the looks of it.
