I come here for lunch quiet often.
The service is usually really quick and correct.
If you come around lunch time, parking lot can get really busy but there is a drive thru.

I’m not a big Tim Horton’s fan but do occasionally stop for some nourishment and coffee
Location:
Close to the 404 in a business area. It’s in a plaza with other food establishments.
Parking:
Suburbs so there is a lot of parking although on weekend evenings there might be a challenge. No worries though, there’s drive thru!!!

It’s a typical TIm’s Horton. free wifi, et all

I was told Tim Hortons was Canada’s version of Dunkin Donuts… Not the case. If you need a fast precooked then reheated sandwich then you will not be disappointed, there are plenty that flock here to get just that. Only offering sweetened iced coffee was a new concept for me… I opted for hot mint tea instead. Service was functioning as in any fast food spot, the counter space at this location is a little confusing but we worked it out in the end.

This maybe the Tim Hortons I will come by if I need to WIFI access when my usual hangout places are closed for the day.
Noise level is a little high though so don’t expect a library like vibe as some of the other establishments.
But I probably won’t be staying too long as limited electric outlets…
But I need to go home sometime?
