123 Ink Cartridges

Excellent store. Prices for ink cartridges are the lowest I’ve seen around. As well any issues with your ink cartridge they gladly exchanged with me for one that would work. I’m sold.

I’ve used 123ink for a couple of years and have found they have excellent quality and fast delivery at the lowest price around. I’ve never had a problem so can’t comment on problem solving.

I just bought a combo set of generic toner cartridges for my CLP 300 laser printer. They are supposed to be compatible with my printer but they don’t quite fit — they’re slightly longer than the original cartridges — and the gears on the ends of them are stiff and don’t turn properly. First time I printed something it was fine. The second time, my printer started to make a loud clicking noise and now it won’t print.
I tried to use their live chat to help figure out the problem. The customer service rep barely speaks a word of english and it took them 20 minutes to even attempt to comprehend what my problem was (and I don’t think they really understood). Their solution was to send me a PDF of my printer’s manual and to ask if I removed the plastic packaging from the toner.
When I called their 800 number to try to organize a refund, I got an answering machine. Basically, if you speak english, don’t bother.
I also read other reviews online that said they were fine for ink but now that I’ve tried it I wouldn’t buy anything from these guys. Find someone else with better customer service.
The one positive thing I will say is that when I used their LIVE CHAT through their website, I was able to get a return label e-​mailed to me. So I don’t have to pay for the return. I will update on how long it takes to get my money back.
