Business Owner

Chris Erickson has been trained by some of the best home inspectors in the business and is fully licensed and insured; before coming into the inspection profession, Chris spent more than 20 years in various construction trades and operated a small contracting and renovation company.

Chris has more than 600 hours of classroom and field training in residential home and commercial building inspection. He holds a membership with Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI). He has 10 years experience as a journeyman carpenter. Chris has run a successful general contracting company for over 5 years. Chris has been married to his beautiful wife for 6 years and has a wonderful daughter; he lives and works out of Richmond, BC.
