This Dairy Queen neglected to make a custom order cake for my birthday, the store manager completely forgot about the order apparently and when prompted was very rude about her own mistake. She raised her voice with me and said she’ll get to making the cake on the spot as soon as she can, but in the most irritated and crass manner possible. I will definitely never come back to this branch ever again.

The ice cream slushies are officially off the menu, however, they will make them for you on request. You just have to pay a little more attention as to what and how they charge you for the item. I had this location at one time charge this as an ice cream cone and then another day(with a different worker) charge this as a Jr. Blizzard. Both were cheap enough but I do pay attention to these things. They’ve always had a positive attitude the few times that I have been there RE: Customization. There is enough seating inside.

I have never had a bad experience at dairyqueen prior to this. Never had any issues with the food or service. Came in to buy a cake and have the name written on it with a happy bday. Grabbed a cake from the freezer and put it on the counter and waited. When the people in front of us were done, the girl(with long blond hair, caucasian, mid/late teens/early twenties) Said«next in line» and ignored us, looked at us blankly, and helped the next customer. Really? are we invisible or what? Not only that, this girl refused to make eye contact with us after the fact. She didn’t even knowledge and took her sweet time getting back to the counter. A girl around the same age, with short brown hair, came and asked if we had been helped, and we said no. She(the girl with the brown hair) was super nice and friendly and QUICK. The other girl had a poor attitude and clearly no customer service skills, not friendly at all. Very disappointed with the experience. Probably won’t come again if the blond hair girl works there on the regular.

First time eat here, and catch up half off everything special for only today. Their food is good, and their staffs are nice. I saw their cakes look yum, and I will definitely order one of them for my birthday.

Even though I live closer to the No5 road DQ, we always come to this one because the manager here is awesome. Service is quick and they never cheap out on the ice cream. The manager is really nice to us and always makes our modified orders perfectly. My usual selections: hawaiian blizzard, strawberry cheesequake, strawberry sundae Love dq poutines too :)

We were in the neighbourhood… looking for a quick bite to eat. We decided on DQ Richmond on Anderson. This location appears to be older, but still has the same DQ menu. The burger and fries were average. Nothing outstanding, nothing more that what we had in the past. The poutine was decent, larger than we expected. The staff was friendly. We ordered dessert and was surprised that they didn’t seem too stingy, compared to other DQ’s where they seem to weigh everything. They seemed to have a full complement of ice cream cakes, since every other customer seemed to be buying one. I would go back there again.
