**3.5 Stars** This review is for their sandwiches. Located in the food cart of the Parker Place Mall, this stall is covered with coloured pictures of phở noodles and sandwiches. I decided on the Fish Filet Sandwich and my boyfriend chose the Pork Sandwich. Both were only $ 4.25 each and it came with a free hot drink! When we got our order, we were surprised at the size of the bread/sandwich. The bread was crusty, but nothing special. But what WAS special was the fried fish filet! If the bread was big, the fish filet was even bigger, with the ends poking out of the bread. The fish cutlet was hot with its insides moist and flakey. The crisp lettuce and pleasant sweet tangy drizzle was the perfect catch of the day! I tried the other half of my boyfriend’s pork sandwich. The pork was quite thin but that made it easy to bite through. It was similar to a banh mi but not as flavourful. I chose a hot milk tea for my drink and my boyfriend chose the horlicks. It tasted like typical food court drinks. Not too shabby. Overall, the sandwich was a good snack for the price and the service was nice and prompt with them knowing some english. I wouldn’t mind dropping by for another sandwich, or maybe I’ll try the noodles next time. Note: Cash Only!

I made the mistake of having the Chinese spaghetti… don’t. Either my taste buds are off or I am just not into the whole Vietnamese/Chinese fusion. I do appreciate where they’re coming from and what they’re trying to accomplish with the fusions, however, it’s best to either have a dish one of the other. They asked if I wanted it packed to go but declined. I paid my bill and left. I didn’t want dessert which is weird for me. The customer service was excellent and the prices were reasonable.

The Viet Subs are value for the money! Don’t get the pork sub, get the fish, it tastes so much better! The noodle soup combos are pretty decent as well. The soup is a tad bit salty though.

Four stars for pretty decent noodles combined with low prices. I stumbled upon this joint when I was in Parker Place looking to satisfy my growling stomach. As I tried a few of the other places there, I thought I’d give this one a try to see how their beef noodles were. I’m glad I did. I was a bit skeptical at first.$ 5 for a big bowl of beef noodles and a cup of HK tea? How good could it be? I was pleasantly surprised that the both the noodles and the tea were up to snuff in my books. I’ll be back to try their other dishes!

Noodles for only $ 5! I had the ox tongue and pork neck meat with Vietnamese noodles. Lots of meat, and perfectly cooked chewy noodles. I’ll definitely be back for more. It’s in the parker place food court so be ready to sit with others.
