I’m dissatisfied with the service after attempting to get five stacking rings I received as a gift sized properly. One ring was not returned with the group of 5, one sized was left ragged on the interior and needed to be sent back to be smoothed, 3 were sized but I only walked out of the store with 2. I’m still waiting for my 3 other rings so I would not claim to be satisfied with the service. Also regarding said service, I found it offensive that a sales woman spoke to another directly in front of me in a language other than English when I returned for the product so I had no idea what was transpiring with my rings. If the customer speaks English and is looking right at you, have the courtesy to speak English and communicate directly.

4 stars for its great corner location in the main hallway of the mall, been renovated nicely some time ago. Big store, feels like a Blue Ruby. But just a 3-star as you’ll be disappointed no 18-Karat here, but shouldn’t be surprised. good service, no pressure.

They seem to be happy to sell you a product(and the product warranty) but when it comes to post sales service, this is where they really fall down. As a buyer, the service was great. You walk in, they work with you to find you the right product at the right price. What else can you ask for from a store right? Fast forward to now, 2 months after buying the product and I’m speechless at their unwillingness to stand by their 12 month guarantee. I had a sapphire right with 2 small diamonds on the side. The diamond has become unset TWICE in two months. The first time, I tried to make an argument to get them to honour their 12 month guarantee and they said no, the ring has been resized and worn they won’t refund my money. That’s fair, the 12 month guarantee says that if I’m unsatisfied in anyway they’ll refund, exchange, or repair the product. Today, this happened again, one of the diamonds became loose. I bring it in and argue my case. Nope. They’ll repair it and«guarantee» that it won’t have any problems. I told them that’s what they said the first time. Finally they offer to give me a brand new one if this happens again. At this point, I’m at a loss. I don’t have any options and it seems that this so called 12 month guarantee is just a ruse to provide customers with a sense of comfort but they certainly don’t stand by their word. I’m sorry Michael Hill, but any good will or trust that we’ve developed has dissipated. You would rather spend the money to give me a new product than to just cut your losses, give me my money and let me walk away with at least some sort of feeling that these people really do mean what they say. Sorry, but now I’m going to tell everyone about this experience and tell them that they should be spending their money elsewhere if they want better after sales support.

Great selection, great service. Beautiful items and non-snooty staff. Easy to shop/browse without feeling pressured. Jewellery on display ranges from affordable, low-price to «YIKES», but they can make anything for you as well. For example if you want a decent engagement ring, you can get one, under $ 1000. But if you want to take that same ring, and kick it up a notch by getting a bigger/brighter/whiter/diamond in that same setting, and paying more, they can easily do that for you, too. Orders only take about 2 – 6 weeks to come back, and the follow-up is fantastic. Payment options are varied and flexible. They work within your budget, and will give you package deals if buying more than one item. Salespeople are warm, friendly, and make ring shopping FUN. Highly recommend you deal with a gentleman named Sam, or with a lady named Carolyn(store manager). They’re VERY good at assessing your needs and wants and tailoring your experience accordingly. They sell white gold, yellow gold, silver, platinum, etc. rings, earrings, brooches, necklaces, bracelets in lots of different styles. Their prices are VERY reasonable, but they can still have very high-end items available as well, should you feel the urge to spend $ 15,000 + on a trinket. They’re also open to upgrading your ring for anniversaries and such — you can even TRADEIN the diamond you bought from them later on if you ever want to get a stone that’s 300% the value — they will honour the price they sold the diamond for originally. Oh, and they have DAILY specials, how cool is that?
