I want to love places like this. Unfortunately, first impression over the phone at Big Kev’s left a lot to be desired. If you have time to answer the phone, you should have time to give me a quote on winter tires. Here’s how that conversation went: Me — «Hi can I get a quote on a set of winter tires?» Them — «You can when we have time.» Me — «ummm ok.» Maybe it was just the guy answering the phone, but I think I can find Blizzaks at a number of different places. Boo.

Took in my vehicle for a repair to my heater blower motor. Excellent service and they explained everything clearly but without being condescending. The price was fair and I got my vehicle back quickly. Plus, THEY CLEANED MY CAR!!! That in itself was worth the cost of my repair! :-) I will be using these guys in the future!

Incredible service! Had been going to Fountain Tire and got completely fed up with the lack of friendly timely service. I decided to try Big Kev’s and couldn’t believe how Friendly the service was and the amazing quality of work. Bonny provides service the good ol fashioned way and goes the extra mile — said he’d check in to something and call us right back and he did! You feel they appreciate your business and want to make you happy.

Took my car to Big Kev’s about 2 weeks ago in need of an emergency repair — the back window cable snapped and wouldn’t roll up! We don’t have a garage and snow was in the forecast so this was a MUST quick fix! Or at least — get it to safety!
My next door neighbours have recommended Big Kev’s to me for several years now and swears by them.
I went ahead and gave it a gamble! Left them voicemail (7pm at night) and phone them first thing in the morning. They were polite and friendly on the phone! Big thumbs up!
Brought the car down and left it with them and told them, no rush, as we have a second vehicle and I’m currently on mat leave. They got back to me the next day and had the parts couriered over and it was ready the next day! Car ended up needed a little more work and I thought they were very fair in explaining to me what my car needed now and what it would likely need in the upcoming year or two as it is a 2001 with over 160k on it!
Very happy with Big Kev’s! They do car repairs, oil changes, tire changes, windshield replacements — you name it! And they do it with a smile :-) Maybe it helps that they have a woman who works at the front desk but it certainly made it feel less intimidating for me as a girl who doesn’t speak, «car.» Bonnie (a guy — I’m probably spelling this wrong), one of their mechanics, was super friendly and really great at explaining things to me over the phone!
I will DEFINITELY go to Big Kev’s again and will be recommending them to all my friends!
