Dynamyx is just about the greatest thing since sliced bread according to my kids!
I’ve taken both kiddos through the preschool aged program where you’re on the mat with them through the first level of independent gymnastics classes.
I’ve brought my kiddos for drop-​in play as well as their ultra cool and fun holiday parties/​play (Halloween and Christmas).
The foam pit is HUGE and my kids’ favourite compared to several other gymnastics clubs we’ve gone to for both lessons, birthday parties, and drop-​in play.
The price here is slightly higher than the other Gymnastics club in St. Albert but the facility is bigger — you can’t really go wrong with either.
We will definitely be back, time and time, again!

I took my 2 year old here for parented gymnastics lessons and we just love this place! Coach Shannon was great with the kids, and the activities during the class ranged from easy to do by themselves to parents having to really get involved.
I would have liked if there was a bit more housekeeping and introduction at the beginning of the class. I was unsure of where to go when I first arrived for the first class. There were a few parents who did not supervise their children during the class but would stand and chat with each other while their kids got in the way of other children going through the circuits.
My daughter learned a lot during her two month class and months later she still remembers it and will do most of it at home. I will be bringing her back to this gym for lessons again.
