After scoping out the other gyms in the area, I ended up signing up with Anytime Fitness. For me it was the convienience of having a fob to use whenever I wanted. I also like the classes that you can take and join in with others who are already doing them. The equipment is always clean and the staff always say hello to me. I find that the price for what you get is a bit high, but it is one of the more affordable options around Langley. I wish they had a filtered water station and wish they had real classes once in a while.
It would also be nice to be able to bring a guest with you during on hours. Especially if you want to train with a specific person and not go through Anytime Fitness. This would be the one thing I would change.
They recently renovated and it looks quite nice. Not a huge change, but freshened the place up. Now I can sweat in style! YAY!
