We run a great circuit class which comprises of 1⁄3 cardio, 1⁄3 resistance and 1⁄3 core exercises. It is a tough class but at the same time can be adjusted to all levels. We aim to challenge all levels of fitness!
The exercises in our classes are never the same from day to day so you will never be bored. Your heart rate will be challenged so your level of fitness and conditioning improves very quickly.
