Strange how one runs into the oddest of businesses… The Minto Cup is being played at the Coquitlam Arena. I was attending a game with my son so I am reviewing this caterer on their performance as the guys who supply the food to the arena. They must have the concession contract with the arena or something. SO picture this, the arena is FULL of Lacrosse teams from across Canada, and scads of local fans and attendees for a whole week. One would think these people would all need to eat… if you were catering a big tournament like that where you could make a name for yourself… why would you under staff and serve crap food? I don’ t know if there is anybody responsible for the food and service at an event like this, but somebody picked this supplier and thinks the swill they serve to line ups stretching for ages is OK. it is not OK. I went off site to eat after my first experience here… blech…
