Bought a couple of bikes over the years here for the kids. Always a bit pricier than other places, but accepted this because I want to support local businesses.
However, after today, I can’t recommend them. Brought a couple of bikes in to get a safety check/tune-up before we go away on holiday next week (Saturday). Was told I was out of luck, and they couldn’t get it done within the 6 days. Couldn’t squeeze me in. In such a hyper competitive retail landscape that we live in now, service is one of the areas local businesses can still use to compete.

Yes, as good as it gets! Thank you soooo much! Owner –operated… Knows his stuff! Both for the hot-shots and for the grandmas and grandpas that want to buy their grand kids a bike! Friendly, great prices, excellent service… Nothing lacking at all! Really, no more to say! An old-fashioned quality service approach!
