I give this place 0 stars. Unilocal made me give at least one star. This is some of the worst food I have ever eaten. Oily, bland, burnt, no flavor. The Mongolian chicken was not Mongolian chicken. I don’t know what it was. Everything was tasteless and greasy. I’m extremely disappointed.

Tried this for the first time tonight. My children and wife liked it more then I did. It was rather pedestrian. If a friend had made it for me is give them kudos but not a restaurant. It was very affordable and they were very friendly to my wife when she picked it up. The shrimp was the itty bitty tiny ones and the syrup in the sweet and sour chicken and another dish of that ilk was kind of thick and bland. The chow mein was great in that awesome, hangover curing food court kind of way. Spring rolls were great. All in all it was okay. The kids liking it means I’ll probably go there again considering how close it is to me however unless I’m in need of hangover chow mein I think I’ll pass. I wish newton had better restaurants

Hi eater I am so happy to visited in indian style chinies restaurant tonight my experience is so good I ate delicious food spicy ginger lamb with garlic so delicious and very good fried rice I really enjoyed the time in restaurant and I take out oder of lamb with fresh vegetables best restaurants in Surrey newton every one have to try delicious food

I have tried every Indian style Chinese food restaurant in town and nothing is as good as salt and pepper.
The service is amazing
Presentation is awesome
And the food tastes like it is cooked by a professional chef.

Happy to have this new restaurant in beautiful Newton! Got some takeout for dinner tonight and it was pretty delicious! The sweet and sour chicken was flavourful and light, and the vegetable chow mein was nice, not too greasy and the noodles were great. Lots of fresh veg in both dishes. I’ve never really had Chinese food that tasted fresh and light until now!
The cook (I’m assuming he’s the owner) was very friendly and helpful, and they’ve done a nice job making the place clean and welcoming. Looking forward to trying some more dishes in the very near future! Thanks
