Very disappointed with the service here. I was sure I was going to buy my wedding outfit here, and their website advertises custom made outfits for all budgets. They were not helpful at all and very rude about my budget, while other bridal stores have provided excellent service. I showed them pictures of outfits that interested me and they were of no help — again their website advertises custom made designs with your ideas. Instead they stared blankly at me and had no outfits that brides could try on. Disappointing.

I was convinced to get my custom bridal lengha outfit made here by Sunny himself, as he bragged about the quality of their work and showed me the book of testimonials. I paid almost double what other stores were quoting me. I had to travel via plane to come pick up my outfit (they would not send me a picture first and I live in a different province) and it was not made according to the specifications listed in the contract. I gave them the benefit of the doubt to remake it, asking that a picture be sent before mailing as I could not come back to see it or pick it up. I was also asked to resend some measurements, which I did, asking that the waist be taken in an inch. I also asked if the shape of part of it could be changed as it was being remade. I was told both requests were taken into account (if they could not be, I should have been informed). Not only were the measurements incorrect and thus had to be altered (which could not be done well as the embroidery was at the edges (as it was supposed to be)), but no picture or indication was sent saying that the outfit was being sent so that I could approve it before it was mailed. I was also treated very poorly by the proprietors, stating the original outfit was EXACTLY how I had asked, even though things that were clearly stated on the order contract were not included and the skirt shape was not remotely the same as the sketch I was sent to approve before it was made. So I was made to feel bad even though it was not my mistake. If you want good quality and good customer service, do not come here. The testimonials might seem amazing but they clearly do not ask for testimonials from those who aren’t satisfied.
