This place is absolutely terrible. I had to buy a dress from this place and the sales lady said that makeup was not allowed handing a piece of tissue she says to wipe it off. This lady is by far the rudest sales person ive met yet. Shes way to pushy. She does not deserve our buisness please do yourselves a favour and do NOT GO HERE. If i could give her 0 i would.

The worst place ever. The customer service was horrible. I went there with my sister to buy her grad dress. They pushed and said we had to buy it because it takes about 3 months to get a new one in. So we bought it. We came and picked up her dress and they gave us the wrong color. We told her that this is not the right color and she said that’s the color you ordered. I argued and showed her the correct color… guess what she said? She said «when the factory roll their fabric the color fades». I was so mad and my sister was so upset. so the lady there said she will look into it but she was very rude. She wanted us to take that dress and she wouldn’t give us a refund. But a week later she said that they gave us the wrong color and finally we took the dress and left. I would never ever go there again.

Bought a dress my daughter tried on which was on a mannequin in the window yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, we liked it. Paid for it and also paid for alterations and a bra. After I paid, the sales lady tells me I can’t take it home. Have to wait minimum 3 months for it to come all the way from New York. Then she even had the audacity to write «final sale» on the receipt. But she said it was a brand new 2015 design.
Long story short, I asked several times for my money back with no success. I called my bank. They said I need to go into a branch fill out a form and it will be refunded within a week.
That’s a really shady store. I’m truly disguisted they are able to do business in Canada.
I hope they get shut down.
Not even going to go back to the store because I read many posts that they just yell at you. I’m not going to waste my time. Just go to my bank and get my money back that way.
