The staff were smart and helpful and the blinds are good enough for the price tag. The reason this is two stars is that it took us 4 trips to the same store to order and pick up the blinds because the store is terribly understaffed so EVERY trip to the store was a 20 – 30 minute long visit — a few times we just got frustrated and left. Another time I tried to call in our order and couldn’t get a person to answer the phone (because I’m sure they were busy). This could be 5 stars easily if they hire a few more great people.

My house has frosted glass for privacy on many of its windows. It wouldn’t have been my choice, but now that I am used to it I get it. Lots of light, lots of privacy and less distractions (I am an avid people watcher). The one window that needs the frosting that they neglected is in the bathroom. What in the what.
I needed a small blind to cover a bathroom window in a metal door (there is a patio off my upstairs bathroom. Ballin’). I tried Homesense for a curtain options, and then hit Home Depot for a DIY project. No luck.
The customer service at Blinds To Go puts Home Depot to shame. In 10 minutes we’d ordered the perfect blinds for $ 30. Before this experience, I’d often wondered who the hell shops at Blinds To Go, it’s such a niche store… but I get it now. Specialists are needed for some home things, and these people are the best.

Really great shopping experience. Tyler our consultant was helpful and super fast in providing us with a quotes even with the various changes that we made on our order. We shopped at another store and gotten quotes but blinds to go was very competitive on pricing especially when they had their roller shade buy one get one 50% sale.
The order came in quicker than expected literally 2 business days. The selection is good some are super cheap on quality but some are better at a higher cost. You might get a better selection at other drapery stores who cArry other distributor brands like hunter Douglas etc but sometimes choice over load is too much it also depends on your budget which can double
