Our background is insurance litigation defence and coverage opinions and coverage ltigation and arbitration on behalf of leading insurers, both domestic and international. We have expanded our skill set to represent individuals, corporations, and non-​profits at every level of Court in Ontario and in the Federal Court of Canada, along with a wide varierty of commissions and panels: FSCO; HPARB, OSC, CPSO, LSUC, AGCO, Coroner’s Inquests, etc. We also now represent other law firms and accept litigation assignments for several dozen Ontario, Alberta, and B.C. law firms to assist their counsel and their valued clients in the litigation, mediation, arbitration, trial, appellate process both in the court and in the alternative dispute resolution system.
