I dealt with Kimberlee Moss on numerous transactions and she was absolutely unbelievable. She has been nothing but professional, ambitious, and honest. When purchasing a new property, there is nothing you value more than honesty and transparency. Someone who will find you exactly what you’re looking for and not try and sell you something that doesn’t work for you. She is so knowledgeable and gives great advice. She knows her market, the audience, and will not set you up for failure when putting in offers or taking offers on your own property. I highly recommend her and the Brad J Lamb team.

I was with my nephew this morning to check out a condo for sale. Agent was Felix. The appt was for 11am and Felix never showed up or called. We had travelled over an hour (one way) to view this condo.
Called the office 3 X’s to ask for his whereabouts. No return phone call, although the receptionist did say it was very unprofessional on behalf of their agency.

I had a great condo in a terrible neighbourhood that two agents were unable to sell, so I called Brad J Lamb Realty.
While the sale was definitely a challenge, I had more showings in a month than in five months total with a previous agent/broker.
My agent at Brad Lamb got lots of people in to see the unit and eventually got it sold.

I recently bought my first condo and worked with Nick Whittington at Brad Lamb. He is AMAZING. Nice, straight forward, honest, great to work with. As a first time buyer I had a ton of questions and he was really great about answering everything and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I would absolutely work with Nick again and reco him to anyone looking for a loft or a condo in the city.
