Business Owner

Brian Weingarten is a criminal defence lawyer practicing in downtown Toronto. His aim is to provide those facing criminal or quasi-​criminal charges with a vigorous, thorough, and skillful defence.

Brian holds a Specialized Honours B.A. from York University. In 2008, Brian completed his M.A. degree where his research focused upon the evolution of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and the role that advocacy groups play at the Supreme Court of Canada. In 2011, Brian obtained his law degree from the University of Ottawa.
