I took a level 1 pilates class here, but they also offer various other forms of fusion with yoga. It’s located in a cute little alley on Queen E., and the interior is cute with a lot of character.
The lady manning the front desk was very sweet and organized. There was no hassle signing up here. It’s a small expectation that is surprisingly hard to meet by many studios. (I’m wary of the ones that request too much personal information).
The instructor, who I believe is Annie, was upbeat, and provided a challenging workout with good tips and instructions. I would definitely come back here, as they have a huge diversity of classes and levels to choose from.
Chang’e Studio will be closing their doors… as of March 27, 2011
