I highly recommend Château Pooch :)
I’ve been taking my 4 year old bichonpoo here for doggy daycare as well as grooming for the last 9 months (when I moved to this neighbourhood).
I’ve taken my dog to other daycare facilities since she was a puppy (because I work full-​time) — so I’m no stranger to doggy daycare. I really feel this facility is excellent. After a day of daycare, my dog is always energized when I pick her up (and pooped that evening).
Facility: The facility is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Half of the space is sectioned off for small dogs — and the other half is for larger dogs. I absolutely love this, because as an owner of a small breed, I worry about my dog’s safety. They have adorable little furniture for the little dogs to lounge on. Plus everything is visible because the areas are enclosed with glass. So as an owner, I can see everything from both outside as well as inside (I love this).
Employees: The employees are very nice and genuinely friendly — I feel as though they actually care about my dog. My dog loves it there (tugs at the leash to enter as we approach the front door). I trust Lucy, Mario and their team — which is ultimately why I’ll continue to use and recommend this daycare without hesitation.
Grooming: I’ve had my dog groomed there 4 – 5 times by Albert, I believe. He does an excellent job — my dog looks and smells fantastic. Bichonpoo grooming can be challenging for some — but I’ve always loved how my dog looks afterwards. My dog has never come out looking odd — she always looks cuter! I’m also stopped on the street and asked where my dog was groomed by other dog owners, even weeks later! I find the pricing to be comparable to what I’ve paid elsewhere at top notch groomers.

I recently took my two dogs here after I was recommended to by a friend. When I picked them up, I couldn’t believe how great they both looked! I asked to speak to the groomer to tell him what a wonderful job he did, and apparently he was an instructor, and has been groomer pets for more than five years. Lucy, the owner was such a delight. You can see how much she loves all of the dogs that are left in her care. I could not have been more pleased; the cut was fantastic, and the price was reasonable. My pups even left with complimentary bow ties that made them look even more adorable! I recommend this place to everyone who loves their fury guys as much as I do.
