Cures Studio

Beautiful space. Owner is professional. My complaints: staff are way too chatty to the point they are not focused on their work. Nail polish is already starting to chip off the next day and cuticles look strangely rough and dry. I’ve never experienced this anywhere else! In my opinion, it’s not worth the money. I paid $ 100 for a basic mani pedi. Outrageous and won’t be back. Sorry.

Excellent customer service! I was the last one at the salon but didn’t feel that they were rushing to finish quickly. They pay full attention to details including sanitary measurements.
I did a much needed pedicure and the dry technique is fantastic, also they have proper tools and the right personal to handle with care and was absolutely pain-​free.
I totally recommend this place, is worthy of every penny you spend!

This is a place you go back to. I’ve been the type of person who never sticks to the same salon, nails, spas etc just because Its hard to find a brand that delivers quality and consistency. Ami provided a luxurious service with double gel nails (so that it wouldn’t break easily), and dry pedicure with made my foot feeling so buttery. I’m not good at keeping my feet soft and other places only last 2 days so you keep wasting money but at Cures studio, every time I go I leave more then satisfied.

The best pedicure ever! I had the Margaret Dabbs medi pedi and my feet felt like baby feet!!! All my calluses from heels and dancing melted away into the softest skin on earth. And the facilities are so nice and clean! She took her sweetest time with my feet, I felt like a Queen! I wish I lived in Toronto, I would go here every month!

This was an elevated pedicure experience and a perfect rainy day treat. From the moment I walked in I was asked if I wanted a coffee or a tea. I was asked multiple times after as well.
Cures specialize in dry pedi’s. The conventional shaping and cuticle grooming takes place, but they take special care of your tootsies and any callus’ or heal issues you may have. The hot towel part is amazing. A hot towel on your feet! Then of course came oil treatment and a foot massage. My feet have never felt more amazing or well cared for.
The studio is bright and airy with high ceilings and luxe finishes. As a parting gift I left with some sweet travel size Aveeno and TRESemme products. Definitely worth every penny and I’ll be back.

Visited CURES Studio last night for a callus foot treatment (called Maintenance Pedicure w. heel treatment on their services menu) and it was absolutely amazing. I can honestly say that my feet have never been this soft and smooth, EVER! I was blown away. Ami took the time to explain to me the benefits of a «dry pedicure» with the use of an buffing device which was great to learn about and Isa who conducted the treatment was excellent and took her time. The space is beautiful, serene and spotless. I will most definitely be back!

I have finally found a nail salon that I love. This place is clean, has great customer service and a great friendly environment. I sat with amy– I believe she’s one of the owners. She was detailed oriented and really took the time to clean my nails. Love it here!

I have never found a nail salon/​spa that I loved enough to return to, but I finally have with Cures. I originally booked a shellac manicure, but ended up opting a bio gel sculpture manicure (with the addition of gel polish) instead because my nails were so weak from another salon, followed by a Brazilian wax.
Adeira did the bio sculpture gel manicure and was detailed and fun to talk to. The manicure lasted longer than any manicure I have ever had; I only removed it because my nails had grown so much, didn’t live in Toronto, and didn’t trust another salon to fill them. The wax was also fantastic — especially considering I was «in between» monthly appointments.
Ami, the director of operations, emailed me to follow up on my services and see how I enjoyed my time at Cures Studio. She also came out of the studio to talk to me while I was walking by the day after my appointment to make sure I was happy with everything — she even remembered my name.
The décor, the services, the customer service — everything is amazing. This is my new go-​to spa.

Had my nails done here for the first time last week. Cures Studio is a neatly tucked away beauty bar right by the Liberty Market building and the Brazen Head. My friend and I were greeted by the owner Ami who is very passionate about her products and services. She was telling us about the benefits of a ‘dry pedicure’ (this is when they do all the work before soaking the feet in water), and my expectations weren’t very high (I thought it would be just like any other regular mani-​pedi), but boy was I wrong. It was hands down the best mani-​pedi I’ve had in my life. The lady that did my nails was a lady called Adeira — she was so thorough with my nails, and ended up creating some cool and pretty intricate nail art. She was very jolly and she made my feet SUPER soft. I highly recommend this studio to everyone. The customer service is top notch. I’ve never bothered writing reviews on Unilocal but had to make an exception in this case. Great place & I will definitely be returning again.

This is a new salon and nail bar tucked behind the brazen head. The salon was very stylish and clean. Customer service from both reception and the esthetician was excellent. The person who did my nails was helpful in making product selections. I will definitely go back.
Sometimes I find nail bars a little rough in removing shellac, not so here, very gentle.
