History

Established in 2011.

Created by Dino and Jay, who were looking to better serve the community of design professionals, that being primarily Architects, Interior Designers, Decorators and General Contractors.

Through the offering of in-​depth, interactive and cooperative lighting design, white-​glove service for the delivery of lighting product and artistic finishing on the final execution of their lighting design.

Meet the Business Owner

Jay P.

Business Owner

Jay is a professional level lighting designer who also has a broad spectrum of business skills from his years working for large multi-​national corporations in the areas of procurement, customer service and warranty. Decades of international experience in aerospace and insurance guide his deep understanding of client service and relations. Years of working in technical industries gave him a strong understanding of design and project management.

An agile resource for his clients, his combination of technical problem solving and personal relations deliver a high level of service to all DDMLighting clients and projects. Though he is very involved in the details work, Jay never loses sight of the all important big picture. A major strength is balancing competing priorities to make it all work — budget, technical requirements, design aesthetic, timeline, delivery harmonization and onsite support are all elements that Jay manages on a daily basis for ongoing projects.
