HooperSonic is a hula hoop dance and fitness company that specializes in getting people MOVING! Our selection of regular hula hoop classes, lessons and specialty workshops cater to all levels of expertise.

HooperSonic also adds flair and fabulous to any size or style of event with customizable programs which can include; interactive demos, solo or group performances, interactive hoop jams and/​or games. Bachelorette parties, Children’s birthdays, Corporate events, Festivals, Weddings and much more! Let HooperSonic leave your guests spinning with excitement! (LED performances available for night time or darker events)

Amy M.

Business Owner

Amy MacCutchan is the sole owner and operator. She resides in Toronto, Ontario with her son and husband.

If you had asked her to hula hoop prior to 2010, she would have looked at you with a cocked eyebrow! As you can guess, she wasn’t particularly talented in this department. However, one magical day in the park, she had proper instruction with an adult sized hoop and voila!!! Amy had discovered her passion!

As an instructor, Amy’s positivity and encouraging teaching methods, will make you feel safe and welcome as you begin or continue your exciting hoop dance journey the HooperSonic way!
