Executive Chef Shahir Massoud.
Business Owner
Chef Shahir Massoud graduated from New York’s esteemed French Culinary Institute, and has worked in the kitchens of Mario Batali (Lupa), Jean-Georges Vongerichten (The Mark Hotel) and Saveur Magazine. He also has a business degree from York University’s Schulich School of Business, for reasons we have yet to understand.
