I am a retired Engineer who was a project manager for 10 years working in Ontario & Michigan. I bought my first investment property in July 2006. My experience in arranging the financing for my investment property was not a pleasant one which made me consider a career as a mortgage broker. As an expert in arranging financing for real estate investors and self employed clients, my happy clients introduce me to their family, friends, neighbours and colleagues who are first time home buyers, looking to consolidate debt or want to use their home equity to invest (in the market or real estate).

Our approach is based on mortgage planning for the long term similar to how financial planners work on long term planning for their clients.
