Took my car in at 8am before work and I was out at 8:14am.
Doesn’t get much better than that.

Terrible service. Took my car there to have work done on my brakes. They doubled the estimate noting that the brake pads were more expensive than they thought. I refused and went to pick my car up. They made up a story about the wheel locks being worn and having to use a special tool to remove them. The wheel locks are fine, I had just taken them off to check the brakes myself but had decided to not to it as VW vehicles need a special tool to do the brakes. They were hand tightened. They made up the story so they could charge me a hour labour. These guys are crooked, I wouldn’t take my vehicle to them.

I came in here to get my rear passenger tire repaired because of a flat. A large screw had gone through the bottom of the tire.
I pulled up and someone came out to greet me immediately. I explained the situation and they told me to drive into the shop and they told me they needed to take a look at the puncture before letting me know if they could repair the tire or if it would need to be replaced. Luckily for me it was repairable.
Everyone in the shop was very helpful, professional and paid careful attention to my car and tire. My spare, jack and equipment were all carefully bundled back up and put into the compartment in the truck, my rims were cleaned and they checked all the air in the other tires, etc.
I was in and out in under 20 minutes and the price was about $ 28 all in. I felt the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy; I would go here again/​recommend Ossington Tire.

The service is fast here but with that also comes sloppiness. I usually get my tires swapped here because it’s fast and its proximity to me.
Unfortunately the last time I was there, they scratched my rims and because they put them back in a bag, I didn’t notice the scratch until I got home. I called them and told them but instead of an apology which was what I was looking for, they said «we never do that, blah blah blah». He was so defensive before I even had a chance to say anything, I had to hang up because he was just speaking over me… Needless to say I will not be coming back here and am warning you to watch while they do the swapping.

These guys are great. Efficient, friendly and professional. There’s no up sell. The same group of guys have been here for years which speaks to management and how employees are treated. I recommend these guys completely.

I rank getting a tire repair slightly below a dental visit on my most hated to-​do list. To my surprise I was greeted with a smile and the mechanics were ready to get to work. I didn’t have to explain anything, no awkward up-​sell pitch. Within a minute of arriving I was on my way out the door to grab a coffee. All in it was about a 20 min. process and a great price. An added bonus — they work on a first come first serve basis. Highly recommended.

Tires are boring. They are something to take for granted until there’s a problem. When that happens, I go to Ossington Tire. They provide great service and have a core staff that doesn’t change over the years so they can remember you if you need to return for warranty work. The shop is clean and whenever I have used them, they eagerly jump onto the work and many times I’ve been able to wait for the work to be done rather than drop the car off and return. Their equipment looks well taken care of and they even have a dunk tank to waterboard the tires after mounting to check for leaks, nice touch! There’s plenty of room as you drive in the front driveway, and also a parking lot out back so they can do a drive-​thru with your car, exiting onto a sidestreet when it’s busy. It’s nice that they have some parking space to keep your car off the street in the busy Ossington strip. Recommended!

I brought my car here with a flat tire and the service was speedy and efficient. The older gentleman who fixed my tire was kind and friendly and seemed knowledgeable, as well. He was very helpful.
The man who works behind the counter (manager? owner?), however, was surly and rude. He has no business dealing with customers, and because of him, I will not return.

After receiving an outrageous quote from our Honda dealer to replace 4 tires, we searched and found Ossington Tire. We went in for a quote and got a great one. No pressure in getting extra add ons like in the dealership. They changed our tiers then and there in 30 minutes. I have never been so impressed with the mechanic shop.
All of the workers were professional and curteous. A definite recommend.

I’ve been going here for years, as I have an old car with rusted rims, and every now and then I need to have my rims cleaned to prevent the slow leak.
I first went here on the recommendation of a CAA tow-​truck driver.
The service is fast and efficient. The business has been there for years, and they *only* do tires, so they are focused on doing one thing well. I have a hard time knowing which auto repair places to trust, since I don’t know much about cars and can’t tell how to judge a quality job… however — I do get a good vibe from these guys, and I do trust them.
