Recopy Reflex Printing

Went to this place to print 2 pages in black and white and he told me it is going to be $ 3! I told him it is expensive but I will print anyway cause I was in a rush. Then I asked him which printer I should select and he yelled at me. When I sent my job to the printer and wanted to pay, he gave me his business card to distribute among my friends at university. I told him that I won’t do it because the prices are very high compared to other places and he started yelling at me and told me he is not going to print my job! Then he told me the F… word! I was totally pissed off by his attitude! NEVER go to this place! The rudest store I have ever been in my entire life. I hope he can somehow go out of his business because he is SOOOO RUDE with the customers!

I agree with the negative reviews. I called in advance to get a quote for 200 copies, but when I went there was rudely told that my quote was for a larger job. Firstly if you dont understand English, it is not my fault. Secondly, if you are trying to be sneaky, that is a huge problem. To me, 200 copies is a large job as I dont run a business. Anyway, I just sucked it and paid what he was asking for although it was not what he had told me over the phone. Bad ethics with rudeness. I really miss the other place close to here as that guy knew how to do business.

I’m studying for exams so I needed to print off 200 pages of colour and black and white notes in a hurry. I picked the closest and most reasonable spot I could and called a few spots close by — this one was the best bet by almost half the price and gave me an approximate quote over the phone. It ended up being $ 10 less than expected and super quick. He asked me if I needed hole punching, which I would’ve otherwise done manually, so that was helpful and he was generally pleasant and detail oriented. Nothing beautiful to look at and if there are more reasonable options around I’m not sure but I’d go back in the future.

I have been going here regularly for a couple of years after the other place I was using (True Copy) closed. I find them to be great. Very helpful and efficient. I read the reviews below and I find them very difficult to believe. The people I have dealt with at this store come across as stereotypical immigrants who are working as hard as they can to succeed in Canada

Dropped by this place for the first time yesterday. Needed 3 pages printed. Was told cost of $ 3 @ $ 1 per page. Decided to print only 2 pages for $ 2 (Rip-​off!). I agreed to that because I was in a big hurry. Gave him $ 2, then he rudely DEMANDED $ 3 stating it was their minimum. The money meant nothing to me, but the deceit upset me so I told him I didn’t like being ripped-​off. I gave him the extra $ 1 and his co-​worker started on a tirade, literally yelling at me about how «North Americans expect so much, unlike people from India». (What a crock of s. t!). I laughed and told him I wouldn’t be back, and his co-​worker yelled at me to «Get out and never come back.» Then…(and this is no lie!) he turned away from me, dropped his pants and said, «Kiss this you F’ing Englishman!» Whew… Talk about a «dark moon»! This would be a good sketch for Saturday Night Live. Talk about role reversals…“North Americans expect so much, unlike people from India.” Hilarious! My advice… stay away from this bigoted hole!

I should preface this with saying that I am a long-​time Unilocaler looker but never poster. It’s really too bad that it was this awful experience that made me WANT to post, even in the middle of a busy work day.
I was super excited to find this place walking home the other day. No more stops at Staples and paying ridiculous prices, and hey, it’s always nice to be able to support local business.
I walked inside and was reading some of the prices on the wall. $ 1 for 20 minutes (charge for a minimum of 20 minutes) to use the computer. Okay. Then I began reading the prices. To print 1 – 10 pages was 10 cents a page. Even better. The clerk behind the counter asked me how many pages I needed to print. I responded with 4 to which he responded that it was $ 3. CONFUSING. I am no math whiz but that should come out to $ 1.40. So when I asked him to explain, he said the sign posted on the wall was wrong and «people always come in and give him problems».
Okay so wait a second — this is a print shop. But your signs indicating the prices of your services are incorrect…
I really needed to get my documents printed so I figured I would suck it up. As I sat down to print, I had mentioned that I worked in customer service and expressed my disappointment about the sign since it was misleading. Then he yelled at me, told me I didn’t need to «teach him», that he wouldn’t print my documents. And kicked me out. I grabbed my stuff and left.
It’s not about the $ 3. It’s about TOTAL LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will continue to give my money to Staples where people can answer my questions, speak respectfully, and are always willing to help.
