I’ve been to the other sharetea location and when this opened(located in ktown — christie and bloor) I wanted to try something different. The manager(at least that’s who I think it was) suggested the Hokkaido milk tea, it’s listed as one of their top drinks. So I’m like ok why not and asked for 30% sugar. But he said it already has sugar in it and that it won’t be too overly sweet. Once I got it and left, I took a sip and man… it was WAY too sweet for me. If it was less sweet, then it would’ve been fine. But I had trouble finishing it. Anyway, I think I’ll come back again but definitely ordering something else. I think my first time I had a wintermelon flavoured tea and that was tasty!

I’ve tried the Sharetea near Yonge and Wellesley. I believe I gave that one a 4⁄5. I was craving for a hot beverage and not coffee so I decided to head into Sharetea to get myself a drink. I looked at their hot tea series and noticed they had a fresh taro milk black tea. I love fresh taro drinks ever since my friend tried the chachago one so I got that. I realized after that I originally got the cold one(at the Yonge location) and thought it was too sweet even at 30% sugar. So I asked for no sugar this time and the lady mentioned the taro was a little sweet already so she wouldn’t add any sugar. I saw her blending the taro behind the counter and when I tried my drink, it was delicious! Still slightly sweet so I’m glad I didn’t add any sugar. I definitely prefer the hot taro vs. cold. I will be back to Sharetea when I’m craving the hot taro drink!

This Sharetea is a cute little bubble tea shop located in Korean town, which I think is good idea as I don’t see many bubble tea shop in this area. The shop was bright and cozy which gives you a very warm and welcome feeling as you walked into the store, it’s small with only 1 table and few chairs near the front so I suggest you go and buy take out. I hope they will provide more tables so people can sit and chill. For the drink, I had Kiwi fruit tea with ice jelly, which I think it’s one of the best kiwi tea I have had, so far I don’t see other shops offer Kiwi fruit tea or fruit tea with real fruit. So this Kiwi fruit tea is a must try. I also came back to try their milk tea, just like other tea shop where you can adjust your sugar and ice level, which I think is suitable for those who doesn’t drink super sweet stuff. Overall, I enjoyed their drinks and pretty good customer service. So I would come back to try other drinks like creama tea or Okinawa milk tea!
