I bought my couch last winter. Service at the store was great. My couch was received a little late. My big issue was with the delivery guys who didn’t take off their shoes and tracked snow/dirt in my house. When I asked about my pillows, one of the guys was rude and said I didn’t get any, but then he found them in the packaging that he was about to throw away.
The couch still looks good a year later. The seat cushion isn’t removable, but small stuff (remote controls) can still get caught in the sides and back. The design could be improved.

I bought a sectional couch from the team at Small Space Plus after shopping around at Structube, IKEA and Casalife. Here is what sold it for me.
— in my opinion, it was the best couch in terms of build quality (to be fair though, I was considering a similarly priced Structube couch, but I wasn’t able to see it due to it being on back-order)
— The team at Small Space Plus were very knowledgeable, and were able to answer all of my questions as well as show me other options I wouldn’t have otherwise considered.
— The couch feels as though it is better quality than its price would indicate.
