SML Graphic Solutions

Judging by the other reviews I must have called on a bad day — I had a small print job I needed in a hurry, and got nothing but attitude and a very unprofessional response… too many other printers around to have to deal with that…

I knew nothing about this company when I walked in and was pleasanty surprised. I had a large poster foam boarded. I was very impressed with their service. One of the owners took the time to walk me through the options and presto my poster was ready in a day. I have a bunch of stuff to be made into posters and will happily go back. I was truly impressed at how they treated me as a customer.

I needed some posters and artwork printed for an event and SML were the only ones that could turn the work around quickly. A lot of printers are offended by the very notion that you could need something in a hurry (it happens, guys) but Tom was understanding and non-​flustered by my request. I was pleased at the quick communication by e-​mail and phone.
When I went to pick up the materials they were packaged up neatly in a box. I didn’t have a chance to inspect the materials at the store, but when I got home I was BLOWN away. The quality of cardstock was was exceptionally high and the colours were super vibrant. Everything was shrinkwrapped which was a nice touch also; it suggests they take a lot of pride in their work — and they should.
If you have a have a project that demands a high level of quality and care, you need to take it to SML. These guys seriously rule.

What this place teaches me about myself: Few things make me as happy as a well-​printed poster.

These guys are consumate professionals. They executed for me, the production AND installation over 100 8′ x 4′ plaque mounted photographs in a 5 star hotel with absolutely no errors whatsoever. They are airtight. That says it all. They have their colour management completely locked down and are incredibly knowledgeable about all sorts of output.
They are friendly and available to consult on all projects, large and small, and very much «make-​it-​happen» people. Can’t recommend them enough.

This place is awesome. I wanted some custom prints done and plaque mounted and these guys got the job done. well. and it was very reasonably priced.
I had tried to get some quotes from some other places around town before I was referred here. Every other place was either unhelpful on the phone or didn’t respond at all to emails. Doesn’t make much sense considering its their business. These guys responded immediately and had detailed answers to all my questions. fantastic.
only downside is their hours. basically mon-​fri 8:30−5. So i have to drop off/​pick up before work.

this is place is located in a warehouse near where i live. theres nothing flashy about its location or its sign; gray in colour, it is befitted with three white circles placed horizontally across the design, each, with its own letter within its circumference: s m and l.
well indeed this place can handle small, medium or large projects and handle them efficiently. with a tight deadline of a week they managed to put together a post card for me, also in a busy time of year. being adept at graphic solutions themselves a breeze to have them help me add text to the back of each postcard; they presented me with a sample a day or two later and it was a quick turnaround for the final product.
id go there again because they seemed very helpful, affordable and knowledgeable.
