Agree with everything written very clean and a good facility but not right for our family(3 year twins) since it just is way too busy. Basically if looking to use weekends and holidays during bad weather you need to get there super early or face a very long wait. The wait is tough enough with little kids but also the entry way isn’t set up to accommodate the number of folks that can end up waiting. The fee structure is on the high end and passes expire in 6 months with no possibility for a single visit option. So once again if rainy day weekend user it can be difficult to use the passes during popular times(10:30-noon) and there is ZERO flexibility to extend no matter what the reason is(although you can transfer to family /friends). Also I have come to appreciate facilities that show a bit more flexibility when crap happens especially when dealing with kids. For example, totally my fault, but we went there the other day and waited 30 minutes after being told it would be 10 min to get in. Then when we went to check in I was told my passes had expired(lost 4) — once again totally my fault. That said we are moving and will have an even tougher time using a 6 pack so begged for a way to buy a single in this unusual case since I didn’t want to have to tell my kids after all of this we couldn’t go in. But like I said they have zero flexibility and would give us any other option but buying a 6 pack for about $ 80 dollars. Since we would only get one use out of it couldn’t bring myself to buy it and had to deal with some pretty unhappy little campers.

Most of these points have been covered by other reviewers, so I’ll summarize the ones I’m in agreement with. Pluses: — lots to keep the little ones occupied(climbing structures, trampoline, toys, etc.) — bright, clean space — free coffee/tea — separate eating/snack area — good changing, nursing and activity facilities Minuses: — getting a bit pricey, especially if you’re only bringing one child — expiring memberships(as noted by another reviewer) — gets very busy at times(sometimes there’s a wait to get in)

I really like it here. It’s super clean. My kiddo has fun, but he’s under 2. He learned to climb here, and it’s definitely the place to be in the winter. They offer complimentary coffee and tea for the parents. Someone is constantly cleaning and tidying here. It feels safe and well cared for. It’s definitely popular in the neighbourhood. It’s totally worth a visit and more over, the multi-visit pass. And a definite must, if you have more than one child, the price per visit is per family, not per child. This is a great place. They also offer organized activities and camp in the summer and I believe they have an after school program as well.

It’s usually hard to find an indoor playground suitable for young infants. But this place is just perfect. All the activities are suitable for the very young. The facilities are very clean. The only drawback is that there are no activities suited for the older kids(ages 3 and up.)

Nice indoor playground option for tots and young kids on cold winter days. They have a $ 60 for six visits package and offer parents free Starbucks(with soy milk and raw sugar options) and tazo tea…

Huge, modern clean indoor playground with free coffee for parents. Staff are friendly and always tidying to keep the area neat. They also have good change tables, a nursing room and party rooms. They’re also safety conscious, no adult can wonder in on their own. A touch pricey, and –1 star for having expiring memberships.
