I got my hair cut by Caio for the second time and he’s amazing. He listens to you and his work was just the way I like it. He knows what he’s doing so I trust him and I don’t feel nervous at all. I definitely recommend him and I’ll come back again.

I got my hair cut today by Ciao. He’s really good. I love my hair. He listens to you properly and gives you the exact haircut you ask for. Not only this, he’s really good at explaining things too. He gave me tips and suggestions on how to volumize or style the type of hair/​haircut I have. I aboauletly loved getting a haircut by him and I would definitely get my hair cut and hair color by ciao again. Worth every penny spent!

Not only is he the ONLY one I trust for my hair, his portfolio is really impressive. I’ve seen the magic he has done to all hair types, from basic cuts to full hair transformations with men, women and different ethnicities. Caio definitely makes me feel comfortable and I always love how he takes care of me! Ciao fixed my hair and it is amazing! It’s exactly the coliur I wanted and the ombré is perfectly painted. He is definitely talented and very patient with requests. He listened to what I wanted, I didn’t want to do too blond at the roots. He helped me tone my hair to perfection. Ask for Ciao for the best colour job.

This is my absolute favorite location! I decided to come here after my stylist moved far away. The staff are great and very knowledgable about haircare. I also came here for a colour and cut and recieved the most beautiful ash blonde I could ask for. My stylist was Caio, he corrected my hair from a highlighted golden yellow blonde. He was able to rid of all my highlightes which I no longer wanted and removed all the red from hair which my previous stylist was unable to, and I now have healthy hair to top it off. He gave me a TRIM which most stylists I’ve had go scissor happy and chop more than I ask. I totally appreciate him listening to my wishes carefully. To me that is true customer service. He also has no problem recommending which products will do wonders for maintaining your hair. My advice is to listen to him. As a very bright blonde, my hair is actually still healthy and not ready to fall out anytime soon. I will always come back to this place. They take care of you from start to finish. THANKS Caio!

I loved this place at my first impression. Starting with the lovely lady who greeted me when i walked in. Very friendly e very helpful. I dealt with Caio, very talented hair stylist. He knows exactly what to do. I really recommend this place, specially Caio.

Amazing service at this location, as soon as you enter, you are immediatly greeted by their friendly employees. My first haircut there was done to perfection (and i normally am extremely picky about who touches my hair). My mom has even become a regular at trade secrets, definetly recommended for both male and female clients of any age.

I absolutely love this location! The staff here are knowledgable and always helpful. The location itself is brand new and very chic looking– ipads on the manicure and hair stations! I got a wash, blow dry and styled with big curls. Its my first time at this location and im usually quite picky with my hair. I loved it! The stylist is amazing! Shes sweet, funny, talented and extremely passionate about her work. Will definitely come back again for a cut and colour.
