History
Established in 2005.
Our waffle originates from Liege in the southern region of Belgium where they are sold out of kiosks or literally «holes in walls». Served fresh and hot, this waffle is typically eaten «on the go» without any toppings.
Unlike its cousin, the Brussel’s style waffle, the «Legois» is made from yeast dough and not from a batter. The pearl sugar used is designed from baking and won’t melt under the heat of 180 degrees. That’s what gives you the «crunch»!
Our product freezes well staying good for up to 3 months. All it needs is to be heated up in a hot oven or a toaster for a few minutes to release their «yumminess» again! Feel free to serve with fresh fruit, berry sauce and whipped cream.
