I’m not a pedicure connoisseur, however the first time I went here they did the bare minimum and didn’t tell me everything that was included. Which is fine because I’m ignorant. However the second time I went here, I was told they cab buff my nails and the woman used an old buffer which was used on someone else. It’s so gross and so unfortunate. I wanted to come here again.
All the do is try to upsell you with the minimum possible effort. I would say stay away.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon when Urban couldn’t accommodate us. Place nearly empty, so my daughter was seated immediately for a French style manicure in pink and black instead of traditional. Whomever greeted us was pushing shellac and as this was our first visit I was reluctant so went with regular polish. Very amateur work, crooked and uneven tips, thickly painted, $ 20. Peeled two hours later, we ended up going to Urban to get it all redone. The salon itself is clean but very run down and feels shabby.

I’ve been to this nail salon several times. 1 year ago I would have given this place 4~5 stars for good service and pedicures. However I have found that their service & quality of pedicures has declined quite a bit. This most recent visit the salon was *cold.* so cold that the staff were in woolens. It was about –3 outside, so no real excuse. More than half of the pedicure massage chairs no longer work (the woman I came with is short & her feet could not reach the footstool, and they had to move her). And as well they said the could see us right away, and we ended up waiting a good long time before we were seen.
To be fair, if this was my first time here I may have given it 3 stars, but not knowing that they had used to be a decent place for a pedi.

Awful customer service and work. I went with my boyfriend who got a pedicure and I got a pedicure and shellac manicure. No one else was in the salon when we arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. After we both sat down and put our feet in the water, the staff then proceeded to tell us that my boyfriend’s chair wasn’t working. The lady doing my shellac nails, who I think was the owner, cut my skin twice as she was attempting to manicure them and my finger was bleeding profusely. The shellac manicure was the WORST I ever had. One nail she left with cotton fluff under the coat. When I drew her attention to it, she tried to blame me even though I was sitting there getting my toes done. The shellac manicure didn’t even last 5 days before it cracked, my shellac usually lasts 14 days or more! During my boyfriend’s pedicure, the staff just gave up and didn’t complete the job as soon as another customer came in and asked to have her. DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF MONEY.

More like zero starts. Got my nails done here today. I asked for coffin shape. All my nails look different. They don’t look even remotely close to natural. My thumbs look messed up and the lady cut me three times.
Worse decision EVER to come to this nail salon.
Regret spending the $ 80 dollars I did. Waste of my money and time. She took almost 2 hrs doing my nails. I expected a good result. Unfortunately came out very much disappointed.
Will never come to this place ever again.

Today I went for a walk in pedi with my friend. The lady that told me to pick a color, quickly rushed us to the chairs. The chair she put me in was broken with no massage option. Then the tub wouldn’t hold more than a few inches of water before it started to drain. I ask for a an extra 10 min massage and it was horrible. Who massages someone with rubber gloves AND sea salt! It was so abrasive I asked her to stop. Instead of focusing on a relaxing massage she was rushing and going so fast because she didn’t want the other women coming in to have to wait too long and leave. She then finished with a COLD towel and a quick polish and hopped over to another lady without helping me to a dryer. I still had oil and sea salt all over my legs n feet! I will NEVER GO BACK to this salon nor would i recommend it to anyone. Horrible horrible service. oh and I told her at the end I was unhappy and she said I could call the manager. Worst $ 35 I’ve ever spent.

Love, love, LOVE this place. My mum and I just went to Wonder for the first time and we both had a great experience.
I had a full set of Brisa Gel French manicure done. Kathy did a great job and I’m really happy with the result. I’ve been to a few other salons in the area and they were all disappointing.
My mum had a pedicure and shellac manicure. She has difficult and wowed feet that always call for a special touch. Colby did a great job. Mum was also really happy and will definitely be going back.
It was nice that the staff weren’t all talking to each other in their own language, which happens at most salons. Here the staff are all very friendly and attentive. They don’t try to push extra things on to you.
Can’t wait to go back again.

This has been my go to nail salon for over a year now. Price wise I would say it’s the same as any other nail salon owned and operated by Asians. $ 35 for a mani/​pedi (no tax if you pay with cash) is standard.
I find that almost all the women that work there give excellent quality mani/​pedis. Not to mention I always end up smudging a nail or two and they always redo those ones without being snotty about it. I’ve gotten waxed here before (full arms and brows). It was well done but I would probably not go again just because I have other preferred salon/​spas for those services.
I find that my manis last a little longer when I get them done here (maybe they aren’t mixing base coats and top coats as much as other places?) and over all, it’s so conveniently located. Literally outside of Chester station. That makes life a little easier for sure.

Great place! I’ve been a regular for more than a year, and I always leave satisfied. The spa is clean and attractive, the aestheticians are friendly and accommodating, and the prices are reasonable. I like the shellac manicure because it lasts so long without chipping no matter how roughly I treat my hands. My favourite part of the pedicure is the foot massage — that alone is worth the price! Wonder Nails is great — Come and see for yourself!

2nd time here. First visit was average. 2nd visit I came on for a polish change. The aesthetician did a great job on the polish application but some nails had polish that had gotten onto my cuticles that weren’t cleaned up. Then 15ish minutes into my drying time, the owner (I believe) came over and took the dryer away from me saying I was good to go. I wasn’t. I’ve never had this happen before and it wasn’t like they were busy. I was the only customer until 20 mins into my service one of their regulars came in with a gf.
I won’t be coming back. Not cool.

Love this new salon! I come every 3 weeks for a shellac manicure that could last even longer. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They fix any clumsy damage that I may do to my nails without hesitation. Highly recommend
