This A&W does not have great customer service. I was a customer there and before placing my order the cashier was on his cell phone texting. This is the worst A&W I have been to as usually the service is great but not at this location. When you ask for ketchup the only give you a couple so you have to ask for more. When you ask for more it’s like they roll their eyes without doing it. They also charge you 25 cents for mayo which is unheard of when you go to other locations. Usually at other locations they just do it with a smile. I take it that this is a franchise but when you own a franchise they need to know they are representing a brand. I don’t frequent fast food places but if I decide to go back to A&W I will no longer be going back to this one. This one is located at City Square Mall. It’s best to go to the one close to it on Broadway street. Thnx but no thanks –even if I had a coupon I wouldn’t go back here!

Sorry McDonald’s. Sorry Burger King. A&W is the best! The burgers are juicy. The Chubby Chicken Tenders are chub-bombs, the fries are DEEElcious AND they’ve got gravy. GRAYVEEEEE! WOOT! WOOT! You have not lived, you have not loved, if you haven’t dipped(drowned) your burger and tenders in A&W gravy. My baby-daddy forgot to bring the gravy home on one of take-out visits and I made him drive our asses back to the store to get some. Don’t hate. Just don’t forget the durn gravy.

I am ok with their burger but I do think their burgers are a bit over priced. For example their teen burger, is it really worth $ 5. I know their patties are better and there are no hormones etc. but still… Too pricy. They are not that busy compared to other fast food place. But its the taste, I am not a big fan of it. Not sure if the sauce is lacking or its just ketchup and mustard making it nothing special. Root beer is the best and it seems like thats what really keep this place going.

Hey. It’s A&W at the food court. What can I say. My GF and I were both craving a burger so that we had. It was a bit long of a wait since there was only one cashier. I asked for a refill. It was $ 1.25. She gave me Root Beer. My fault, should have specified Coca~Cola. This food court, although close to the hospital, has about half of its retail space in the food court boarded up, I am not sure why that is.
