Christa S.

Business Owner

Christa is a Registered Professional Counsellor, Certified Life Coach and Certified in Career Discovery and Exploration.

Her previous career path was in wellness as a yoga instructor and massage therapist. She has run a small business in Belize and been involved in many start-​up projects.

After going through major life changes, searching for her own authentic career path, fulfillment and satisfaction, she worked with a mentor and coach who also became her teacher for a few years. Experiencing the transformative power of coaching in her life she knew that was how she wanted to serve others. Christa began retraining in counselling with Vancouver College of Counsellor Training in 2009 and coaching with Rhodes Wellness College in 2011. She did an entrepreneurial program in 2011 to launch her business of Authentically U.
