Omg! Been coming here as it is close to my apartment. I’m moving and I been packing and I was super hungry so I decided to get Burger King. I ordered a Bk King burger. When I got home I bite into a huge piece of MOLD I projectile vommited and went back to show the staff. The guy working said they just got the buns. People in the BK gasped and were like wtf give her a new one. The guy was like he can’t guarantee that the other one will be MOLD free. They gave me a refund but I’m still really sick. Imagine all the drunk people who ate a moldy burger and didn’t know. NASTY! I won’t be returning EVER!!!

OK. I’ve been here 3 times in the last two months. You know when you want a Burger, you want a Burger! Who manages this place! The staff looks demoralized. Service slow and uncaring. Meal pretty sad too. I remember when Burger King first opened in Canada. The best burgers, hands down! What a depressing place to eat now! This place should be a gold mine! Come on management pull up the socks please.

The good news is that they are open 24hrs. The coffee is $ 1.05 any size. They have great deals. The bad news is that the restaurant is filthy.

It’s nice to have some comfort food in this part of town, and some cheap alternatives during fireworks season. Parking is available on the side streets. The staff were pretty friendly, and struck up a conversation while my friend and I were waiting for our Whoppers. The inside is honestly quite dated, and a bit on the gross side — the tables were sticky, and so were the floors. You don’t want to celebrate your anniversary here. With that said, the seating area is surprisingly large for a restaurant in this area.

I bought a fish burger and a chicken burger, I did take out when I got home I opened the fish burger to look inside and add more ketchup, and to my horror the lettuce was soggy brown and almost black. I went back and showed the girl at counter I was unhappy with the brown and black lettuce. I said that shouldnt have happened. The girls response the lettuce might have gotten brown when the sandwhich was mircowaved! Both my chicken patty and fish patty were supposednto be deep fried! They admitted to reheating a already made deep fried sandwhich, not the patty(still gross) but they micro waved the bun, lettuce, patty and sauce all together! Who does that! As a teen I worked in fastbfood and I was trained that was poor quality control. I will never never ever go back there again. The place has been open one month it needs to close. I ran into a friend in the Denman mall and showed them the sandwhcih and they were horrified. They said they work in the mall and the word has gone around they reheat and refry food. They said they place is mostly empt as no one will go backnas they areafraid of getting sick. Dont go there poor food preparation.

I went there today for the 2fer Chicken sandwich special. I witnessed with my own eyes to my horror, the cook took the chicken out of the heater and put it back into the grease to re-cook! When I complained that you are not allowed to do this, the counter staff«Mani» just smiled as if it was perfectly acceptable. The other girl shrugged her shoulders as if she was powerless but agreed with me. Then to my shock, the cook took the two patties she just removed from the grease and had placed in my first sandwichs BACKINTHEHEATER! This was after she scraped off the cheese. I told the clerks about this and they just stood there. But they didn’t do anything. If you want a potential to be posioned, then go there.

Facing Denman Street, the location is easy to find as it the former location of West End Optometry which apparently moved to Robson Street. Being honest, it is good for a quick bite if you are in a hurry. If you want a good burger, then try Vera’s Burger Shack or Fatburger. Yes, they cost more but you get what you pay for, eh?! With the usual Burger King fare such as the Whopper, shakes, sodas, and fries, it can be comfort food in a pinch. For Canadians, they also have Poutine on the menu. Good for a pinch as I said but in this neighborhood, there is better for not much more
